What is Rumos?

Rumos is a beginner-friendly crypto app that helps you learn about and buy crypto, in the EU and the US. Custody and execution are provided by BitGo Europe GmbH, a regulated custodian. Rumos is a technology provider and is not itself a licensed financial institution.

Is it OK if I've never bought crypto before?

Yes. Rumos is built for first-timers. Start with a short lesson, buy a small amount, and take it at your pace.

How much does it cost?

New accounts get 0% trading fees for 30 days. After that a flat percentage applies to each trade. The app shows the exact cost before you confirm.

Is crypto risky for beginners?

Prices can move a lot in a single day, and past performance doesn't predict the future. Our lessons and workshops help you understand the risks and make better-informed decisions, though they can't remove the risk. Start small, and only use money you can afford to lose.

Is Rumos the same as CryptoUnity?

Yes. Rumos is what CryptoUnity has grown into. It takes everything CryptoUnity built and brings it to the next level, with the same account and your crypto still held by BitGo.
