General Terms & Conditions for the Use of the Rumos Platform

Region: European Union / EEA · Version: 2.1 · Last updated / Effective: 4 November 2026

Operator of the Platform: CU EUROPE, digitalne storitve, d.o.o. (short name CU EUROPE, d.o.o.), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, with its registered seat in Slovenia, registration number (matična številka) 7591802000, tax number (davčna številka) 69157022 ("CU EUROPE", "we", "us" or "our").

Important: who provides which service

  • The regulated crypto-asset services available through the Rumos app and website (custody of crypto-assets, exchange of crypto-assets for funds or other crypto-assets, execution and transmission of orders, transfer services) are provided by BitGo Europe GmbH, a crypto-asset service provider authorised by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR). They are not provided by CU EUROPE. You receive them under your own agreements with BitGo Europe GmbH.
  • CU EUROPE is not a licensed crypto-asset service provider, bank, payment institution or electronic money institution. CU EUROPE operates the Rumos app and website, the technical interface to BitGo, customer support and non-regulated features such as education, portfolio views and referral programmes. These Terms cover only those non-regulated activities.
  • CU EUROPE does not receive commissions from BitGo Europe GmbH; it earns only its own fees, which are shown before every transaction (see Section 9).

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Rumos platform, including the Rumos website, the Rumos mobile application and all related services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform"), as provided by CU EUROPE.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CU EUROPE.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and CU EUROPE. "Rumos" (formerly "CryptoUnity", see Section 1.2) is the name of the Platform and a brand used by CU EUROPE; it is not a separate legal entity.

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered users and any person accessing or interacting with the Platform in any manner.

The following documents also apply and are available in the Platform and on the website: the CU EUROPE Privacy Notice, the Cookie Policy and any other policies or documents referenced in these Terms. Your agreements with BitGo (the "BitGo Customer Agreements", see Section 3) are separate agreements between you and BitGo and are not part of these Terms.

We may change these Terms in accordance with Section 21.

1.1 Change of Operator

  1. Until the Transfer Day, the Platform was operated by CU, trgovanje z virtualnimi valutami, d.o.o., Kotnikova ulica 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration number 8995958000 ("CU d.o.o."). The "Transfer Day" is 22 October 2026, the date on which BitGo Europe GmbH countersigned the agreement under which CU d.o.o.'s platform agreements with BitGo passed to CU EUROPE.
  2. With effect from the Transfer Day, CU EUROPE replaces CU d.o.o. as the operator of the Platform and as your contractual counterparty for the Platform. From the Transfer Day, these Terms apply between you and CU EUROPE and replace the terms of service previously agreed between you and CU d.o.o.
  3. Your account, login details, settings, balance records, transaction history and referral or reward status continue unchanged with CU EUROPE. You do not need to register again. Your crypto-assets and funds continue to be held by BitGo and were not moved as a result of the change of operator.
  4. Your BitGo Customer Agreements remain in force. BitGo will update them to name CU EUROPE as the platform operator. Where BitGo requires you to confirm or accept an updated version, you will be asked to do so in the Platform.
  5. You were informed of the change of operator in advance. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support in the Platform or at support@rumos.eu. CU EUROPE does not charge any fee for closing your account or for processing the related withdrawal; any charges of BitGo, banks or the blockchain network for the withdrawal apply as usual. Withdrawals are executed by BitGo in accordance with Section 6.3.
  6. From the Transfer Day, CU EUROPE is the controller of the personal data processed in operating the Platform, including the account data, balance records and transaction history taken over from CU d.o.o. Details are set out in the CU EUROPE Privacy Notice.

1.2 Change of the Platform Name

  1. On 4 November 2026 the Platform was renamed from "CryptoUnity" to "Rumos". Its website for the European Union is now rumos.eu (the former websites cryptounity.org and cryptounity.eu redirect to it), and our email addresses end in @rumos.eu.
  2. The change of name does not change the operator of the Platform, your contractual counterparty (CU EUROPE), your account, your crypto-assets and funds held by BitGo, your BitGo Customer Agreements, or your rights and obligations under these Terms. A later change of CU EUROPE's company name would not change your counterparty either; we would inform you of it.
  3. References to "CryptoUnity", to the websites cryptounity.org and cryptounity.eu or to @cryptounity.org email addresses in earlier versions of these Terms or in other documents and communications from us are to be read as references to Rumos, to rumos.eu and to the corresponding @rumos.eu addresses.
  4. For a transition period, some of our messages may still be sent from an @cryptounity.org address. Whichever address a message comes from, we never ask you for your password, recovery phrase or verification codes.

2. Nature of the Platform

CU EUROPE operates a technology platform that enables users to access crypto-asset services provided by BitGo Europe GmbH as a regulated third-party service provider.

CU EUROPE does not provide regulated crypto-asset services and does not act as a custodian of crypto-assets, broker, dealer, exchange, execution venue, order matching system or financial institution.

CU EUROPE does not hold or control users' crypto-assets or fiat funds, does not execute transactions on behalf of users, does not determine execution prices or liquidity sources, and does not act as a counterparty to any transaction.

The Platform provides users with a technological interface through which they may access BitGo's services, view account and portfolio information, access educational and informational content, and receive customer support.

All decisions to enter into transactions are made solely by the user.

CU EUROPE does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

CU EUROPE does not alter, manipulate or interfere with user instructions or with communications between users and BitGo.

CU EUROPE is solely responsible for the operation, maintenance and functionality of the Platform.

3. Third-Party Services (BitGo)

CU EUROPE acts solely as a technology platform operator and introducer enabling users to access services provided by BitGo.

The regulated crypto-asset services accessible through the Platform are provided by BitGo Europe GmbH ("BitGo"), Mainzer Landstraße 10, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, registered in the commercial register of the Local Court (Amtsgericht) of Frankfurt am Main under HRB 125175, and not by CU EUROPE. BitGo is authorised by BaFin as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under MiCAR. CU EUROPE is not authorised as a crypto-asset service provider and does not provide any regulated crypto-asset service.

Such services may include, without limitation, the custody and administration of crypto-assets, the exchange of crypto-assets for funds or other crypto-assets, the execution of orders, the reception and transmission of orders, and transfer services.

By using such services, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with BitGo. That relationship is governed by the BitGo Customer Agreements, which include BitGo's Customer Services Agreement (CSA) and BitGo's Master Trading Agreement (MPA), together with the BitGo policies and notices made available to you in the Platform (including BitGo's risk notice, privacy notice, execution policy and complaints procedure). CU EUROPE is not a party to the BitGo Customer Agreements.

CU EUROPE does not control or operate BitGo's services, does not guarantee their availability, execution or outcomes, does not hold your crypto-assets, and does not act as your broker, fiduciary or representative in relation to the regulated services. The limited authorisations you give CU EUROPE to access your BitGo accounts are set out exhaustively in Section 4A.

All transactions are executed by BitGo, which is solely responsible for the custody of assets, the execution of transactions and its compliance with the regulatory requirements applicable to the regulated services.

BitGo may rely on subcontractors or affiliates in the provision of its services.

According to the BitGo Customer Agreements, crypto-assets held in custody by BitGo remain your property and are not owned by CU EUROPE. They may be held in omnibus wallets, with records maintained on a per-user basis.

CU EUROPE does not have access to, or control over, private keys or custody infrastructure and does not hold user assets at any time.

CU EUROPE does not act as an agent or representative of BitGo, and does not conclude any agreement in BitGo's name.

3.1 Regulatory Status

CU EUROPE is not a licensed crypto-asset service provider and does not provide regulated crypto-asset services. CU EUROPE is not supervised by a financial supervisory authority.

The regulated crypto-asset services accessible through the Platform are provided by BitGo Europe GmbH, a crypto-asset service provider authorised by BaFin under MiCAR. BitGo is authorised to provide, among other services, the custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients (Article 3(1)(16)(a) MiCAR) and the exchange of crypto-assets for funds and for other crypto-assets (Article 3(1)(16)(c) and (d) MiCAR).

BitGo may provide crypto-asset services across the European Union and the European Economic Area, subject to applicable passporting rights, regulatory permissions, restrictions and local legal requirements. The availability of services may vary depending on your country of residence.

BitGo's authorisation can be verified in the public company database of BaFin and in the register of crypto-asset service providers maintained by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) (BaFin-ID 50085544; MiCAR licence ID P019718018). Further information on BitGo's regulatory status, policies and conflicts of interest is available at https://www.bitgo.de/entities/bitgoeuropegmbh/.

3.2 No Financial or Investment Services

CU EUROPE is not a bank, an electronic money institution, a payment institution or a financial institution.

CU EUROPE does not provide investment services, investment advice, portfolio management, or any form of financial, legal or tax advice.

Any information, content or materials made available on the Platform are provided solely for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy, sell or hold any crypto-asset or financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any transaction or activity is appropriate for you based on your personal circumstances, financial situation, investment objectives, experience and risk tolerance.

3.3 Fiat and Payment Services

CU EUROPE does not process, receive, hold or control fiat funds on behalf of users.

Any fiat-related transactions are carried out exclusively by BitGo and by regulated credit institutions, payment institutions or electronic money institutions.

CU EUROPE does not act as a payment service provider and does not operate or control any fiat payment processing, banking infrastructure or payment accounts.

3.4 Relationship Between These Terms and the BitGo Customer Agreements

These Terms govern only your relationship with CU EUROPE in respect of the Platform. Any description in these Terms of how BitGo's services work is provided for your information only. The regulated services, including custody, execution, pricing, settlement, statements, erroneous-transaction handling and BitGo's liability to you, are governed exclusively by the BitGo Customer Agreements and applicable law. If these Terms and the BitGo Customer Agreements differ on a matter relating to BitGo's services, the BitGo Customer Agreements prevail. Nothing in these Terms limits, extends or otherwise affects any right you have against BitGo.

4. User Account, Registration and Verification

Access to crypto-asset services is conditional upon your acceptance of the BitGo Customer Agreements. Without such acceptance, you will not be able to use those services. Before you can use the regulated crypto-asset services, you are guided through BitGo's onboarding, during which you open a crypto-asset account directly with BitGo Europe GmbH and enter into a direct contractual relationship with BitGo. You conclude the BitGo Customer Agreements directly with BitGo, by electronic acceptance (for example, click-through or tick-box). BitGo provides the required pre-contractual information and confirms the conclusion and content of these agreements to you on a durable medium (for example, downloadable PDF and email). CU EUROPE is not a party to these agreements, does not conclude them on behalf of BitGo, and does not provide the regulated services to which they relate. CU EUROPE records the date and time of your acceptance and makes these records available to BitGo on request.

4.1 Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, and that you are legally permitted to access and use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws.

You may create and maintain only one account.

CU EUROPE may refuse a registration, and may suspend or terminate an account in accordance with Sections 4.6 and 13.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, authentication methods and devices, for all activities conducted through your account, and for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date.

You must notify CU EUROPE without undue delay of any unauthorised access, suspected unauthorised use or security breach affecting your account.

You are responsible for all instructions, actions and requests submitted through your account credentials, authentication methods or authenticated devices, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

If your credentials, device or authentication method are lost, stolen, compromised or used without authorisation, you must notify CU EUROPE immediately through the in-app support chat or at support@rumos.eu. You remain responsible for all actions taken before such notification and the implementation of appropriate protective measures, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.

Certain actions and transactions may require authentication through security procedures defined by BitGo. Instructions submitted through authenticated channels may be treated as valid, binding and authorised.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

You may be required to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to access certain features of the Platform or to perform specific transactions.

Failure to maintain or comply with required security measures, including 2FA where applicable, may result in restricted access to the Platform.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Access to crypto-asset services is subject to the successful completion of identity verification procedures.

CU EUROPE collects through the Platform the profile information that BitGo requires (for example, name, date and place of birth, address, nationality and tax details) and transmits it to BitGo. Identity documents and liveness or video checks are collected in BitGo's own identity-verification flow, which BitGo runs with its provider; CU EUROPE does not receive those documents and images. BitGo performs its own know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks and decides whether to accept you as its customer.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, to submit all required identification documents, and to cooperate fully with any verification or due diligence requests.

CU EUROPE and/or BitGo may at any time request additional information or documentation, reject or delay verification, and restrict access to services until verification has been successfully completed.

Failure to complete identity verification may result in limited, suspended or no access to certain or all services.

CU EUROPE records and retains evidence of your acceptance of applicable agreements, including timestamps and related data, for compliance, audit and regulatory purposes.

The access and actions that CU EUROPE and its service providers may perform in relation to your BitGo accounts are limited to those set out in Section 4A.

4.5 Monitoring and Compliance

Your account and activity may be monitored for purposes including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) compliance, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

You agree to cooperate fully with any compliance-related requests, including requests relating to source-of-funds verification, transaction explanations and additional identity or verification checks.

Failure to cooperate with such requests may result in the suspension or restriction of access to your account and, where required, reporting to competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

4.6 Account Suspension and Termination

CU EUROPE may suspend, restrict or terminate your account where you violate these Terms, provide false or misleading information, or engage in suspicious or unlawful activity, where such action is required by applicable law, by regulatory obligations or by BitGo, or where necessary to protect the Platform, CU EUROPE or its users. Section 13 applies.

CU EUROPE may limit access to the Platform or to certain features without prior notice where required for compliance, security or operational reasons.

Access to trading or related services may also be restricted or suspended by BitGo for legal, compliance, security or operational reasons. CU EUROPE is not responsible for restrictions imposed by BitGo.

4.7 Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time, through the in-app support chat or at support@rumos.eu.

Account closure may be subject to the completion of any pending processes and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

As CU EUROPE does not hold or control crypto-assets or fiat funds, you are responsible for withdrawing your assets through BitGo before account closure. On request, customer support will guide you through the withdrawal.

4.8 Data Retention After Closure

CU EUROPE may retain your personal data and account-related information after account closure to the extent required by applicable laws, including AML and other regulatory obligations, as described in the CU EUROPE Privacy Notice.

4.9 Loss of Legal Capacity or Death

In the event of your death or loss of legal capacity, access to your account may be restricted.

CU EUROPE will handle such cases in accordance with applicable laws and on the basis of valid legal documentation provided by duly authorised persons or competent authorities, and will coordinate with BitGo as regards the assets held by BitGo.

4A. Platform Operator Agreement

4A.1 Purpose

BitGo provides its services to you through the Platform on the condition that you have a separate agreement with the platform operator. This Section 4A is that agreement between you and CU EUROPE (the "Platform Operator Agreement"). It forms part of these Terms. It does not make CU EUROPE a party to the BitGo Customer Agreements and does not change them.

All fees that CU EUROPE collects in connection with BitGo's services provided through the Platform are disclosed to you in Section 9 and in the fee schedule available in the Platform, and the total amount is shown to you before you confirm each transaction.

4A.2 Disclosure of Personal Data to BitGo

You expressly agree that CU EUROPE discloses to BitGo the personal data (and, where BitGo requests them, the records) that BitGo needs to comply with its know-your-customer, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions-screening, transfer-of-funds (Travel Rule) and tax-reporting obligations. This includes, in particular, your identification data, contact details, address, date and place of birth, nationality, tax residence and tax identification number, information on the source of funds and your transaction data on the Platform. Disclosure takes place at onboarding and for as long as you use BitGo's services through the Platform.

This agreement is a contractual authorisation that BitGo requires. The legal bases on which CU EUROPE processes your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are set out in the CU EUROPE Privacy Notice.

4A.3 Communication with CU EUROPE

You can contact CU EUROPE on technical and support matters through:

  • the customer support chat in the Platform;
  • the Rumos Help Centre accessible within your account;
  • email: support@rumos.eu (support and complaints) or info@rumos.eu (general and legal enquiries);
  • post: to CU EUROPE at the address stated at the beginning of these Terms.

We respond promptly and in any case within the timeframes set out in Section 18 or required by applicable law. We forward without undue delay to BitGo any communication that requires BitGo's review or response, and we relay BitGo's response to you.

4A.4 Authorisation to Access Your BitGo Accounts

You authorise CU EUROPE and its service providers acting on its behalf to access your accounts with BitGo through BitGo's application programming interface (API), and to perform only those actions and verifications that are strictly necessary to carry out instructions that you initiate through the Platform. Such actions include submitting your purchase, sale, deposit and withdrawal instructions to BitGo, retrieving your balances, transaction history and statements, completing verification steps required by BitGo, and collecting the fees disclosed to you under Section 9 in connection with a transaction you have initiated.

CU EUROPE and its service providers do not exercise any discretion, control or authority over your BitGo accounts or your crypto-assets or funds. In particular, they do not give instructions that you have not initiated, do not move your assets to anyone other than as you instruct, and do not use your assets for any purpose.

This does not prevent CU EUROPE from restricting or disabling your access to BitGo's services through the Platform where BitGo requests it, where applicable law requires it, or where necessary to protect your account (for example, on suspicion that it has been compromised). Such measures restrict access only and do not move your assets.

CU EUROPE is responsible to you for the acts and omissions of its service providers in performing these actions as if they were its own.

4A.5 Routing of Instructions and BitGo Communications

You approve that:

  1. your instructions in connection with BitGo's services are submitted through the Platform and transmitted to BitGo through BitGo's API; and
  2. messages and other information that BitGo delivers to you, including account statements (at least quarterly, or on request), transaction confirmations, notices of changes to the BitGo Customer Agreements and other notices required by law ("BitGo Communications"), are delivered to you through the Platform, in electronic form (in-app, by email or by push notification).

CU EUROPE transmits your instructions and BitGo Communications without altering them, and forwards BitGo Communications to you without undue delay. You consent to receiving BitGo Communications electronically. BitGo may also communicate with you directly for its business purposes and where required by law.

4A.6 Customer Data Through the API

You agree that CU EUROPE may obtain, collect, process and access, through BitGo's API and otherwise, data about you, your BitGo accounts and your activity (such as balances, transactions, statements and onboarding status) to the extent needed to operate the Platform and as needed by BitGo, and that CU EUROPE may provide such data to BitGo on request, for example to enable BitGo to respond to a legal or regulatory request.

4A.7 Duration

The agreements and authorisations in this Section 4A remain in force for as long as you have an account. Because they are necessary for providing BitGo's services through the Platform, if you revoke them, CU EUROPE can no longer give you access to BitGo's services through the Platform, and you may close your account in accordance with Section 4.7. Revocation does not affect actions taken before it or any legal obligation to retain data.

5. Restrictions on Service Availability

The Platform may be accessible worldwide; however, access to certain features and services may be restricted or unavailable depending on your jurisdiction.

You may use the Platform only if you are located in a jurisdiction where access to such services is permitted under applicable law and if you are not subject to any sanctions, restrictions or prohibitions under applicable laws.

Access to crypto-asset services provided via the Platform may be restricted on the basis of your country of residence, nationality, applicable regulatory requirements and BitGo's internal compliance policies.

CU EUROPE does not guarantee that the Platform or any services will be available in your jurisdiction.

CU EUROPE may restrict or deny access to the Platform or to specific features, and may suspend or terminate access, where required by legal, regulatory or compliance requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

You must not interfere with, misuse or attempt to reverse engineer any trading systems, infrastructure or technical components provided by BitGo or other third parties.

6. Payments, Funding and Transactions

Transaction confirmations, receipts, statements and other account-related information are provided electronically by BitGo and made available through the Platform or by email, in accordance with Section 4A.5. CU EUROPE may also provide transaction summaries and portfolio overviews for information purposes; the records of BitGo prevail. You consent to receiving such information in electronic form.

Agreements, confirmations and transaction records may be provided on a durable medium, including electronic formats such as PDF or in-app access.

Account statements relating to crypto-assets are prepared and provided by BitGo on a periodic basis, including quarterly statements where applicable.

Transactions cannot be executed if they would result in a negative balance. Credit, lending or margin trading services are not provided.

All transactions are executed and settled through accounts maintained by BitGo in accordance with the BitGo Customer Agreements.

6.1 Fiat Handling

CU EUROPE does not hold, receive or control fiat funds belonging to users.

All fiat deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through infrastructure provided by BitGo and/or regulated payment service providers.

CU EUROPE is not a payment service provider and does not operate bank accounts for user funds; all fiat transactions are handled by BitGo and other regulated providers.

CU EUROPE is not responsible for delays in payment processing, fees charged by banks or payment service providers, rejected or reversed transactions, or errors, failures or omissions caused by third-party providers.

6.2 Deposits

Deposits may be made using the methods made available within the Platform.

Deposits must originate from accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third parties may be rejected or returned, and processing times may vary depending on BitGo and the payment providers involved.

All deposits are subject to applicable compliance, AML and verification checks.

CU EUROPE does not guarantee any deposit processing times.

Before executing any transaction, BitGo may verify that sufficient funds or crypto-assets are available.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed by BitGo and may be subject to identity verification, compliance checks and BitGo's applicable rules and procedures.

CU EUROPE does not control the execution of withdrawals and is not responsible for delays, failures or disruptions in withdrawal processing caused by BitGo or other third parties.

Withdrawal processing times are determined by BitGo and may include defined processing timeframes, for example up to 48 hours after receipt of a valid withdrawal request, excluding weekends and public holidays.

6.4 Transaction Execution

All crypto-asset transactions are executed by BitGo in accordance with the BitGo Customer Agreements and BitGo's execution policy. BitGo acts as principal and is the direct counterparty to each transaction.

CU EUROPE does not execute transactions, does not control execution timing and does not guarantee execution prices.

The price shown to you before you confirm a transaction is an all-in price (see Section 9). By confirming, you submit a transaction request to BitGo at that price, which remains valid for the short period necessary for technical processing. BitGo may accept or reject a transaction request, in whole or in part, in accordance with its terms. Displayed prices and valuations outside the confirmation screen (for example, charts and portfolio values) are indicative only and may be sourced from third-party data providers.

6.5 Irreversibility of Transactions

Crypto-asset transactions are generally irreversible. Once a transaction has been initiated:

  • it cannot be cancelled, reversed or modified; and
  • CU EUROPE has no ability to undo, reverse or otherwise alter it.

You are responsible for carefully verifying all transaction details, including recipient addresses, amounts and network parameters, before confirming any transaction.

Once a transaction has been executed by BitGo, it can be cancelled, reversed or modified only where required by applicable law or where BitGo determines, in accordance with the BitGo Customer Agreements, that an erroneous transaction has occurred.

6.6 No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of crypto-asset transactions, executed transactions are final and refunds are generally not available, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory law.

Any refunds, reversals or adjustments of transactions are subject to the BitGo Customer Agreements and applicable law.

If you believe that an executed transaction is erroneous, you must notify BitGo without undue delay and within any time limit set out in the BitGo Customer Agreements. You may submit the notification through CU EUROPE's customer support, which will forward it to BitGo without undue delay (Section 4A.3). CU EUROPE does not decide whether a transaction is erroneous.

6.7 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to technical issues, insufficient balance or a failure of BitGo or another third-party provider, the outcome of the transaction is determined by BitGo in accordance with the BitGo Customer Agreements.

CU EUROPE is responsible only for failures of the Platform itself, within the limits of Section 17.

6.8 Limits and Restrictions

Account limits, transaction limits and access to certain features may be applied on the basis of your verification level, applicable regulatory requirements, internal risk assessments and BitGo's policies.

CU EUROPE may adjust limits and restrictions that it applies; changes are shown in the Platform before they apply to a transaction.

6.9 Service Availability and Restrictions

The availability of the Platform and related services may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory or operational reasons.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, and are not a resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of the Platform or related services is prohibited or restricted, and that you are accessing the Platform on your own initiative and not as a result of any solicitation.

CU EUROPE may restrict or deny access to the Platform in certain jurisdictions and implement additional controls, limitations or requirements where necessary to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

7. Trading and Execution

All crypto-asset transactions available through the Platform are executed exclusively by BitGo.

CU EUROPE does not execute trades, does not act as a counterparty to any transaction, and does not operate any exchange, trading venue or order matching system.

All transactions are executed by BitGo in accordance with the BitGo Customer Agreements, including BitGo's Master Trading Agreement (MPA). BitGo is the sole counterparty to your transactions.

8. Pricing and Execution

Prices displayed on the Platform are provided by BitGo or by third-party data providers and may differ from prices available on other platforms or market data sources.

Prices may include a spread or margin and may not represent the best available market price. CU EUROPE does not determine, control or guarantee BitGo's pricing, and does not guarantee execution at any specific price or within any specific timeframe.

Final transaction outcomes depend on market conditions, liquidity, execution timing and BitGo's systems and processes.

CU EUROPE is not responsible for price differences between platforms, slippage, or execution delays, failures or discrepancies caused by BitGo or market conditions.

Quoted or displayed prices may change before execution. Neither CU EUROPE nor BitGo is obliged to provide a subsequently improved market price, unless otherwise required by applicable law or the BitGo Customer Agreements.

CU EUROPE discloses the applicable fees and charges before you confirm a transaction (Section 9).

9. Fees

CU EUROPE charges its own fees for providing and operating the Platform. These may take the form of a service fee and/or a margin that is included in the total (all-in) price you pay. Fees may include transaction fees, conversion fees and payment processing fees.

The fee that applies to your transaction depends, among other things, on your fee tier, the transaction amount and any promotion running at the time. It is always shown to you, together with the all-in price, on the order screen before you confirm the transaction, and you are never charged a fee that was not shown to you there. Promotional fees apply only for the period and under the conditions stated in the promotion. A fee overview setting out the current fee tiers, the standard rates and the conditions of any running promotions is available in the Platform (Settings → Fees) and on the website (https://rumos.eu/fees).

Fees are charged upon transaction execution, may vary with transaction parameters, and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You authorise the collection of the applicable fees disclosed to you from the relevant transaction amount or from your account, within the limits of Section 4A.4.

9.1 Spread and BitGo Pricing

The price of each crypto-asset is determined by BitGo, which acts as principal counterparty to the transaction and whose price may include BitGo's own spread. CU EUROPE does not set, determine or control BitGo's execution price. The total price shown to you in the Platform is an all-in price that may also include a fee or margin charged by CU EUROPE. The applicable CU EUROPE fee or margin, together with any BitGo spread, is disclosed to you within the Platform before you confirm a transaction.

The spread is embedded in the quoted price and may vary with market conditions.

Buy and sell prices may differ at any given time and pricing may change rapidly. CU EUROPE does not guarantee price stability.

9.2 Fee Changes

CU EUROPE may change its fees. Updated fees are disclosed before you confirm a transaction and apply only to future transactions. Changes to recurring fees, if any are introduced, are notified in accordance with Section 21.

CU EUROPE's fees are separate from BitGo's pricing methodology, which is governed by the BitGo Customer Agreements.

9.3 No Commission from BitGo

CU EUROPE does not receive any commission, rebate or other payment from BitGo Europe GmbH in connection with your transactions. CU EUROPE's remuneration consists solely of the fees described in this Section 9. CU EUROPE pays BitGo for the services BitGo provides to it as platform operator; those payments are not charged to you in addition to the all-in price shown to you before you confirm a transaction.

Because CU EUROPE earns its fees when you transact through the Platform, it has a financial interest in your use of the Platform. CU EUROPE does not give investment advice or recommendations, and every decision to transact is yours. Information on how BitGo identifies and manages conflicts of interest is set out in BitGo's conflicts of interest policy, available in the Platform.

9.4 Paid Subscriptions

Optional paid subscriptions to Platform features are sold and billed by CU Global, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA, 1111B S Governors Ave STE 40602, Dover, DE 19904, USA, email support@rumos.eu (the seller of the subscription). Your subscription contract is with CU Global, Inc.; CU EUROPE provides the subscribed features in the Platform on its behalf. Card payments are processed by Stripe. The price shown before you subscribe is the final price you pay, including any taxes. Before you subscribe, the Platform shows you the price, the billing period, whether and how the subscription renews automatically, how to cancel it and your right of withdrawal. These details, together with this Section 9.4, are the terms of your subscription with CU Global, Inc. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of concluding it without giving reasons, unless you expressly agreed that the service would start during that period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided; if the service has started at your request, you pay a proportionate amount for the period until you withdraw. You can withdraw by sending a clear statement by email to support@rumos.eu or through in-app support; you will receive a confirmation on a durable medium. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store's terms, including its billing and refund rules. You may cancel a subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.

10. Platform Features and Content

CU EUROPE may provide features within the Platform designed to enhance user experience, education and engagement.

Such features may include portfolio tracking and analytics, transaction history and reporting, educational content (including workshops, courses and news), notifications and alerts, guided user flows such as the "Next Steps" system, and referral and reward programmes.

These features are provided solely for informational and user-experience purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

CU EUROPE may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature. Where a change materially affects features you rely on, Section 21 applies.

10.1 Next Steps System

CU EUROPE may provide a guided "Next Steps" system designed to help users navigate the Platform, learn about crypto-assets and complete certain actions.

The Next Steps system is provided solely for educational and engagement purposes, does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation, and does not oblige users to complete any step.

Completing steps may unlock certain features, benefits or incentives; such benefits may be subject to separate terms, and completing steps does not guarantee any financial outcome.

CU EUROPE may modify, add or remove steps or elements of the Next Steps system.

10.2 Educational Content

The Platform may include educational content provided by CU EUROPE or third parties, including workshops and courses, articles and news, tutorials and guides, and content created by third-party contributors or creators.

All educational content is provided solely for informational purposes, does not constitute financial or investment advice, and may not be complete, accurate or up to date.

CU EUROPE does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or completeness of such content.

10.3 No Financial Advice

CU EUROPE does not provide investment advice, portfolio management services or personalised recommendations.

In particular, CU EUROPE does not recommend buying, selling or holding any crypto-assets and does not provide personalised investment strategies. No content or information on the Platform should be relied upon as a basis for investment decisions.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

10.4 Third-Party and Creator Content

The Platform may include content provided by third-party creators, partners or users.

CU EUROPE does not endorse such content, does not guarantee its accuracy or reliability, and does not verify all statements, representations or claims made by third parties.

Any reliance on such content is at your own risk.

11. Referral and Reward Programmes

CU EUROPE may offer referral programmes, loyalty tiers or other incentive-based features (the "Programmes").

Participation in a Programme is subject to its additional terms and conditions, eligibility criteria and applicable laws.

CU EUROPE may modify, suspend or terminate any Programme, adjust reward structures, eligibility requirements or benefits for the future, and withhold or revoke rewards in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or violation of these Terms. Rewards already earned in accordance with the Programme terms are not withdrawn retroactively, except in cases of abuse, fraud or violation of these Terms.

Rewards may be subject to verification procedures, usage limitations and expiry conditions as set out in the Programme terms.

Programmes do not create any guaranteed benefit, right or entitlement beyond what their terms provide.

12. User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information, for keeping your account credentials confidential and secure, and for ensuring that all activities conducted through your account are authorised.

You must not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity, attempt to circumvent any security, verification or compliance process, use automated systems (including bots or scripts) without authorisation, manipulate or exploit referral, reward or promotional systems, or interfere with, disrupt or attempt to compromise the operation or integrity of the Platform.

CU EUROPE may monitor the use of the Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

12.1 Compliance and Verification

You agree to cooperate fully with all verification and compliance procedures.

CU EUROPE may request additional information or documentation, require identity verification or enhanced due diligence measures (including where BitGo requires them), and restrict access to certain features until verification has been successfully completed.

Failure to comply with such requirements may result in restrictions, suspension or termination of your account.

12.2 AML / CTF Compliance

BitGo is subject to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations in respect of the regulated services, and CU EUROPE supports BitGo in meeting them. CU EUROPE also complies with any AML/CTF obligations that apply to it.

Transactions may be monitored and analysed, suspicious activity may be reported to competent authorities, and certain transactions may be delayed, rejected or blocked.

CU EUROPE may take the measures necessary to comply with applicable AML/CTF laws and with BitGo's requirements.

13. Suspension and Termination

CU EUROPE may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform where permitted by applicable law. Where you violate these Terms, provide false or misleading information, or where your account is associated with suspicious, fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where such action is required by applicable law, regulation or BitGo, this may happen without prior notice. In other cases, CU EUROPE will give you at least 30 days' notice before terminating these Terms.

CU EUROPE may also freeze or restrict certain transactions, limit access to specific features, or prevent withdrawals through the Platform where required by applicable law, regulatory requirements or BitGo.

BitGo may independently suspend or restrict access to its services in accordance with the BitGo Customer Agreements.

CU EUROPE is not responsible for actions taken by BitGo or other third-party providers in connection with such restrictions or suspensions.

13.1 Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time in accordance with Section 4.7. CU EUROPE is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to withdraw or transfer your assets before closure, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.

13.2 Account Closure by CU EUROPE

CU EUROPE may terminate your account in accordance with these Terms.

Before closure, you will be given a reasonable opportunity to withdraw your assets through BitGo, unless applicable law or BitGo's requirements prevent this.

14. Customer Support and Complaints

CU EUROPE provides customer support in relation to the Platform and acts as your primary point of contact.

Support may include assistance with account access, general guidance on the use of the Platform, and coordination with BitGo where appropriate.

For issues relating to transaction execution, custody of assets or verification decisions, CU EUROPE forwards your request to BitGo and relays BitGo's response to you (Section 4A.3). Such matters are decided by BitGo, and you may also contact BitGo directly in accordance with the BitGo Customer Agreements.

CU EUROPE does not decide, and is not responsible for the resolution of, complaints relating to BitGo's services. It is responsible for forwarding them correctly and without undue delay.

14.1 Formal Complaints

Formal complaints relating to the Platform are handled in accordance with Section 18. Complaints relating to BitGo's services are handled in accordance with Section 18.4 and BitGo's complaints procedure.

15. Risk Disclosure

Crypto-assets are highly volatile and involve a significant risk of loss. By using the Platform, you confirm that you understand and accept the risks associated with crypto-assets and the use of the Platform. Crypto-assets are not covered by any statutory deposit-guarantee scheme or investor-compensation scheme. While fiat funds held with a credit institution may, in certain circumstances, be protected under applicable deposit-guarantee rules, your crypto-assets are not protected by any such scheme, and you may lose the entire value of your crypto-assets.

You should only use the Platform if you can afford to lose your entire investment.

BitGo's risk notice, available in the Platform, describes the risks of the regulated services. BitGo's liability for the custody of your crypto-assets is governed by the BitGo Customer Agreements and applicable law, including MiCAR; these Terms do not limit or extend it.

CU EUROPE does not hold or control crypto-assets and bears no responsibility for assets held in custody by BitGo.

15.1 Market Risk

The value of crypto-assets may fluctuate significantly and rapidly. Prices may rise or fall unpredictably, you may lose all or part of the funds you invest, past performance is not indicative of future results, and crypto-assets are not backed by any government or central authority.

Market conditions may be influenced by supply and demand, market sentiment and speculation, regulatory developments and technological changes.

15.2 Execution and Pricing Risk

All transactions are executed by BitGo. Execution prices may differ from quoted or expected prices, delays, slippage or failed transactions may occur, and pricing may include spreads and differ from prices available on other platforms.

CU EUROPE does not control execution or pricing and is not responsible for losses resulting from execution discrepancies, delays, slippage or failures attributable to BitGo or the market.

15.3 Third-Party Risk

The Platform relies on third-party service providers, including BitGo and payment providers. Third parties may suspend, restrict or terminate services, or delay or block transactions, and assets or transactions may be affected by failures, errors or disruptions of such third parties.

CU EUROPE does not control and is not responsible for the performance, availability or actions of third-party providers.

15.4 Technology and Security Risk

Crypto-assets rely on blockchain and internet-based technologies that may be subject to failures, vulnerabilities or attacks, including system outages, network failures, cyber-attacks, hacking, unauthorised access, software bugs, protocol changes and irreversible transactions.

CU EUROPE does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation of the Platform. Its liability for the Platform is set out in Section 17.

15.5 Regulatory Risk

The regulatory environment for crypto-assets is evolving and may change at any time. Changes in laws or regulations may affect the availability or use of the Platform, certain services or assets may become restricted or unavailable, and regulatory actions may affect pricing, liquidity, accessibility or the ability to transact.

CU EUROPE is not responsible for losses resulting from regulatory changes, actions or requirements imposed by competent authorities.

15.6 Liquidity and Delisting Risk

Certain crypto-assets may have limited liquidity. BitGo may suspend trading in, restrict or delist crypto-assets, and CU EUROPE may stop displaying a crypto-asset in the Platform, with or without prior notice. This may result in the inability to buy, sell or transfer assets, delays in execution or loss of value.

CU EUROPE does not guarantee the availability of any crypto-asset.

15.7 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any transaction is appropriate for you, for making your own investment decisions and for conducting your own independent research.

15.8 Security and Fraud Risk

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account, credentials and authentication methods. Unauthorised access may result in loss of assets, transactions are generally irreversible, and fraud, phishing and social-engineering attacks are common risks associated with crypto-assets and online platforms.

CU EUROPE is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account, except where caused by CU EUROPE or as otherwise required by applicable law.

CU EUROPE will never ask for your password, private keys or other sensitive credentials, and will never ask you to transfer assets outside the Platform.

15.9 No Guarantees

CU EUROPE makes no representations or warranties regarding profitability, the performance of crypto-assets, the availability of the Platform or the successful execution of transactions.

The Platform may experience outages, technical issues or disruptions that may affect access to services.

15.10 Non-Exhaustive Risks

The risks described in this Section are not exhaustive. Additional risks may exist, and you should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

15.11 No Investment Advice

All content available through the Platform, including educational materials, market information, notifications and suggested actions or "next steps", is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation, solicitation or endorsement to buy or sell any crypto-asset.

16. Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform and any crypto-asset transactions.

CU EUROPE does not provide tax advice and does not calculate, report, withhold or pay any taxes on your behalf, except where required by applicable law. BitGo may report information about you and your transactions to tax authorities where required by law (for example, under Council Directive (EU) 2023/2226, "DAC8").

You are responsible for reporting any gains, losses or transactions to the relevant tax authorities and for complying with all applicable tax laws.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CU EUROPE is not liable for losses arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, except as set out in this Section.

In particular, CU EUROPE is not liable for losses arising from or related to:

  • crypto-asset transactions executed by BitGo;
  • the pricing, execution or settlement of transactions by BitGo;
  • the custody, loss or inaccessibility of crypto-assets held by BitGo;
  • delays, interruptions, errors or failures of BitGo's or other third parties' services; or
  • inaccuracies, delays or omissions in information supplied by BitGo or third-party data providers and displayed on the Platform,

unless the loss was caused by CU EUROPE's own breach of these Terms (including a failure to transmit your instructions or BitGo Communications correctly).

CU EUROPE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • intentional misconduct or gross negligence;
  • death or personal injury; or
  • any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection law.

To the extent liability can be limited, CU EUROPE's total aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid by you to CU EUROPE in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms do not govern BitGo's liability to you, which is set out in the BitGo Customer Agreements.

18. Complaint Resolution

CU EUROPE handles complaints in a fair, transparent and timely manner.

18.1 How to Submit a Complaint

You may submit a complaint through the customer support chat in the Platform, the Rumos Help Centre accessible within your account, by email at support@rumos.eu, or by post to CU EUROPE at the address stated at the beginning of these Terms.

For fraud-related issues, contact CU EUROPE immediately through the in-app support chat or by email at support@rumos.eu.

18.2 Acknowledgement and Response Time

CU EUROPE acknowledges receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and provides a response within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Where the matter is complex or additional information is required, CU EUROPE will inform you of the reasons for the delay and provide a final response no later than thirty-five (35) business days after receipt.

18.3 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate your complaint to CU EUROPE's management by email at info@rumos.eu, marked "Escalation". The escalated complaint is reviewed by a person not involved in the first response, and you receive a final decision within fifteen (15) business days of the escalation.

18.4 Complaints Relating to BitGo Services

Complaints relating to BitGo's services (for example, custody, execution, erroneous transactions, transaction confirmations, statements, or unauthorised access to your BitGo account) are decided by BitGo in accordance with BitGo's complaints procedure and timelines, available in the Platform. You may submit them to BitGo directly or through CU EUROPE. If you submit them to CU EUROPE, CU EUROPE forwards them to BitGo without undue delay, and in any case within two (2) business days, and relays BitGo's responses to you (Section 4A.3). Time limits under the BitGo Customer Agreements may apply.

BitGo and other service providers may also communicate with you directly where required for operational, legal or regulatory purposes.

18.5 Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

CU EUROPE does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution (izvajalec izvensodnega reševanja potrošniških sporov) as competent to resolve disputes with consumers. If we reject your complaint, we will tell you on a durable medium (for example by email) which recognised provider would be competent and whether we will take part in a procedure before it. A list of recognised providers in Slovenia is published by the ministry responsible for consumer protection (https://www.gov.si/teme/izvensodno-resevanje-potrosniskih-sporov/).

You may also contact the competent consumer protection authorities. Out-of-court dispute resolution for BitGo's services is governed by the BitGo Customer Agreements and BitGo's complaints procedure.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim before the competent courts.

19. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party providers, including BitGo, for certain services.

CU EUROPE does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, performance or actions of such third-party providers.

Claims relating to the execution of transactions, the custody of crypto-assets, pricing or settlement are to be directed to BitGo in accordance with the BitGo Customer Agreements. You may submit them through CU EUROPE (Section 18.4).

20. Data Protection and Privacy

CU EUROPE processes your personal data as controller in accordance with the CU EUROPE Privacy Notice, available in the Platform and at https://rumos.eu/legal/privacy.

CU EUROPE shares your personal data and account information with BitGo as described in Section 4A, and with its own service providers (for example, for hosting, communications and customer support) as necessary to provide the Platform, perform KYC/AML checks and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

BitGo processes your personal data for the regulated services, including identity verification and AML checks, as a separate controller under BitGo's privacy notice, available in the Platform.

21. Changes to These Terms

CU EUROPE may change these Terms for valid reasons, such as changes in law or regulatory requirements, changes to BitGo's requirements or services, the introduction of new features, or security reasons.

CU EUROPE will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. If you do not agree to a material change, you may terminate these Terms and close your account free of charge before the change takes effect, in which case the change will not apply to you. If you do not terminate, the change applies from its effective date; the notice will remind you of this.

Changes that are required by law or that do not adversely affect your rights or obligations may take effect earlier, as permitted by applicable law.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. These Terms govern your relationship with CU EUROPE in respect of the Platform only. Your contractual relationship with BitGo for the regulated crypto-asset services is governed separately by the BitGo Customer Agreements and the law specified in them.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of habitual residence, and CU EUROPE may bring proceedings against you only before the courts of that country.

23. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos and software available on the Platform are the property of CU EUROPE or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

CU EUROPE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise use any content without the prior written consent of CU EUROPE or the relevant rights holder, and you may not use the Rumos trademarks without authorisation, except as permitted by mandatory law.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify CU EUROPE, its affiliates and service providers against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your culpable violation of these Terms or of applicable laws or regulations.

25. Force Majeure

CU EUROPE is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks or system failures not attributable to CU EUROPE, regulatory or governmental actions, telecommunications or network disruptions, and failures or delays of third-party service providers.

26. Complaints Relating to Services Accessible Through the Platform

All complaints, including complaints relating to custody services provided by BitGo, are handled in accordance with Section 18. This Section does not set any separate timeline.

27. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the documents referenced in Section 1, constitute the entire agreement between you and CU EUROPE regarding the use of the Platform. They do not replace or amend the BitGo Customer Agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision is limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Failure by CU EUROPE to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

CU EUROPE may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another company that takes over the operation of the Platform. CU EUROPE will notify you at least thirty (30) days in advance, and you may terminate these Terms and close your account free of charge before the transfer takes effect. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without the prior written consent of CU EUROPE.

CU EUROPE may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform, subject to Section 21 where the change is material, and unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Language. These Terms are made available in English, Slovenian and Spanish. Where a translation is provided and the texts differ, the version in the official language of your country of habitual residence prevails where mandatory law so requires; otherwise the English version prevails.

Notices. CU EUROPE sends notices to you by email to the address registered in your account or through the Platform. You can send notices to CU EUROPE using the contact details in Section 4A.3.

28. Effective Date and Acceptance

For new users, these Terms become effective upon acceptance during registration or upon first use of the Platform, whichever occurs first. For users registered before the Transfer Day, these Terms take effect on the Transfer Day in accordance with Section 1.1. You may be asked to confirm these Terms in the Platform.

These Terms remain in effect until your account is closed and all obligations arising from your use of the Platform have been fulfilled.

CU EUROPE may update these Terms in accordance with Section 21.
