This legal notice (Impressum) is provided in accordance with the Slovenian Electronic Commerce Market Act (Zakon o elektronskem poslovanju na trgu, ZEPT) and Directive 2000/31/EC (e-Commerce Directive). It applies to the "Rumos" mobile application (iOS / Android) and to the website rumos.eu. Until 4 November 2026 the application and website were called "CryptoUnity"; the former websites www.cryptounity.org and cryptounity.eu redirect to rumos.eu.
Service Provider
The provider of this service ("we", "us") is:
- CU EUROPE, digitalne storitve, d.o.o. (short name CU EUROPE, d.o.o.), trading as "Rumos" (formerly "CryptoUnity")
- A limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Slovenia
- Registered seat: Slovenia
Until 22 October 2026, the application and website (then called "CryptoUnity") were operated by CU, trgovanje z virtualnimi valutami, d.o.o., Ljubljana (registration number 8995958000).

Regulated Crypto-Asset Services
Rumos (CU EUROPE, d.o.o.) is not itself a licensed crypto-asset service provider and is not supervised by a financial supervisory authority. CU EUROPE, d.o.o. operates the Rumos application and website, and acts as an introducing channel and a provider of non-regulated, value-added services. CU EUROPE, d.o.o. does not provide regulated crypto-asset custody, trading or exchange services.
The regulated crypto-asset custody and trading services are provided by BitGo Europe GmbH, Mainzer Landstraße 10, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, a crypto-asset service provider authorised by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, MiCAR), Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) 391200IJ3B1IP7993O16, BaFin-ID 50085544, MiCAR licence ID P019718018.
The terms of BitGo Europe GmbH govern the regulated crypto-asset services, and BitGo Europe GmbH is responsible for those services. CU EUROPE, d.o.o. does not receive commissions from BitGo Europe GmbH; it earns only its own fees, which are shown before every transaction.
Subscriptions
Paid Rumos subscriptions are sold and billed by CU Global, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA, 1111B S Governors Ave STE 40602, Dover, DE 19904, USA. Questions about subscriptions: support@rumos.eu. Terms: Section 9.4 of our Terms of Service.
Data Protection
The controller of personal data processed through the Rumos application and website is CU EUROPE, d.o.o. Data protection enquiries may be directed to info@rumos.eu.
The competent data protection supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), https://www.ip-rs.si/.

Dispute Resolution
Information on complaints, out-of-court dispute resolution and the competent courts is set out in Sections 18 and 22 of our Terms of Service.
CU EUROPE, d.o.o. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve disputes with consumers (Article 32 of the Slovenian Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, ZIsRPS); see Section 18.5 of our Terms of Service.

The contents of this service have been prepared with the greatest possible care. However, we accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content provided. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law; we are not, however, obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
